- Posture Assessment & Movement Theory: Practical breakdowns of common yoga poses including how you might have learned them wrong, educational movement content about how your breathing changes your movement and why we don't need to bend your spine all over the place, and also musings about weird ideas like hemisphere theory and morphic resonance.
- Access to the membership channels in the Discord community, including the live "Campfire" area for group voice conversation. Also, you can DM me directly there if you have questions.
